I couldn’t turn back now, even if I wanted to! When I started this journey I was looking for my perfect work life balance. I wanted a career I was going to enjoy and time for the small and big moments with my family. What I’ve found is a career journey that goes beyond what I put on my resume, and personal growth to becoming who I knew I always wanted to be. I’ve never felt more like myself and I’m grateful for spaces and organizations that celebrate it.
