As someone who is Hard of Hearing, I’ve learned that not all games are created equal when it comes to accessibility. 🎲💭 Visual games like Pictionary or Mad Gab are total winners because they rely on creativity and lip-reading—no sound needed! 🤩 Physical games are another favorite; actions really do speak louder than words. 🏸
But games like Bingo or Charades? They can be a bit tricky when sound or shouting is involved.Visuals are great - but then it's hard to hear answers if they are only shouted out - need a hearing buddy for that one, or ASL only and voice off! But basically unless we’re signing while singing, I might sit those out. 😅
