Preventative rehabilitation, more commonly known as "prehab," is a crucial step in our workout routines that many of us are missing. Prehab exercises work to prevent injury by promoting stability through the major joints of the body, developing the core, and increasing strength by widening our range of motion. We talked to VIS Expert and Strength and Conditioning Coach, Anna Nelson, to learn more about the benefits of prehab, and the ways we can implement it into our workout regimens. Learn more about the benefits of prehab at the link in bio. #prehab #recovery #rehab By VIS Creator Kaylee Young @kayleeayoung & Anna Nelson, MSc VIS Expert
