Eighth graders in Advanced Art are creating 3D ceramics for a "Museum of Material Culture," each crafting an artifact that reflects society or everyday life. “This year’s theme is ‘The Everyday,’ where we elevate the often-overlooked, inspired by artists who explore the museum as an institution,” says Art teacher Lauren DiCioccio.
