The Kids in the Hall sketch comedy troupe have several members with strong Scottish connections. 🇨🇦 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇨🇦 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 The Canadian comedy legends are celebrating their 40th anniversary this week with shows at Rivoli and The Danforth Music Hall. KITH formed in 1984 in Calgary and Toronto. From left to right in the photo, members include Kevin McDonald, Scott Thompson, Bruce McCulloch, Dave Foley and Mark McKinney. The old Scottish-Dalriadan name McDonald is derived from the Anglicized version of the Gaelic personal name Mac Dhomhnuill.
