An Illinois Democratic lawmaker slurred her way through an arrest in newly released bodycam footage. Samantha Steele, 45, represents District 2 - which includes much of the North Side of Chicago and the northern suburbs area and was charged with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol. In the bodycam video, Steele is consistently attempts to use her position to bully cops, who at one point found an open bottle of wine in a plastic back on the floor of her car. Police had responded to a two-car crash with 'extensive damage' in Ravenswood, at 8.49pm Sunday evening, where Steele admitted that she drove into another vehicle.
