He shares, “It took 10 months to build, but between travel, long work hours, and setting up my shop, it has under 300 hours in it—about 100 of those on bodywork. XTF #008 is now up, running, road-worthy, and registered with a reconstructed title after starting with a salvage truck. Oregon’s title process was ideal for this, as my cab and powertrain stayed intact, and the body resembles OEM specs. I’m running 4:56:1 gears with 37” BFGs, MPT’s PR-X 93 tune, and stock turbos, giving plenty of power, 18 mpg, and great highway performance. The suspension is tight, handling is solid for an off-road truck, and all the tech like adaptive cruise works perfectly.
