Today I’m making Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Truffles 🥜🍫 INGREDIENTS: -1/2 cup creamy peanut butter -1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened -1/2 cup brown sugar -2 tsp vanilla extract -2 tbsp heavy cream -1 cup heat treated flour -Pinch of salt -ghirardelli milk chocolate wafers -melted white chocolate colored red and green -sprinkles Combine the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream in a mixing bowl. Beat until fluffy. Place the flour into the microwave for 1 minute to heat treat before using. Add the flour and salt to the bowl and mix until a smooth dough has formed. Scoop out balls of dough, transfer to a cookie sheet and place into the fridge until firm. Heat the milk chocolate wafers in the microwave for 30 second bursts until completely melted.
