“California is different—it’s a land of agriculture, history, and curiosity,”  said Chef dominiquecrenn on stage at Jubilee Wine Country. “New things happen here.” Chef Dom was one of the keynote speakers at our conference last month at solageauberge, where we spent the weekend celebrating the chefs, bakers, winemakers, growers, and entrepreneurs who make the Northern California region so special. Our other speakers included mstanyaholland, Robin McBride of mcbridesisters, Amelia Morán Ceja of cejavineyards (who was interviewed by Maryam Ahmed of maryamandcompany), jeni (who was interviewed by Amy Guittard of guittardchocolate), jenpelka of unefemmewines, chefarajo of The French Laundry (_tfl_), camilla.marcus of westbourne, and april_gargiulo of vintnersdaughter.
