Today is Giving Tuesday (aka the biggest fundraising day of the year). Recently we partnered with the BC Amateur Sport Fund to raise funds to benefit grassroots programs with the goal of expanding the reach of volleyball to new communities and populations throughout BC. Volleyball BC grassroots programs include Introduction to Volleyball for Newcomers to Canada, delivered in partnership with community organizations, and Smashball, a program for 5-12 year-olds that promotes physical literacy through volleyball. We want to continue to provide programs for all youth across BC.
