On Monday night we did a team building exercise with a game called Bigger Than A Penny. The team was split into four groups and were tasked with going door to door, introducing themselves and sharing our home game schedule. The group had to ask if they were willing to exchange for anything bigger than a penny, and then took the item they received to the next house to try to exchange for something bigger. One group ended up with a brand new coffee maker and another ended up bringing back a neighbor, no returns according to his wife!
