Portland is headed into a dry, chilly Thanksgiving week after a wet month and that could mean the first frost of the season. According to Andy Bryant, a hydrologist with the National Weather Service in Portland, Portland will finally be cold enough and clear enough for some frost on the ground later this week. “Thursday morning – Thanksgiving morning – Friday morning and Saturday morning and Sunday morning are all candidates,” Bryant said Tuesday.
