This exceptionally original 1970 Aston Martin DB6 Mk2 Automatic Sports Saloon, with fewer than 38,000 miles from new, is a rare find among the 245 examples produced. Built in right-hand drive and delivered in March 1970, it was originally finished in Silver Birch with a red leather interior and featured an automatic transmission and triple SU carburetors. Initially serving as a demonstrator for H W Motors, it was later owned for nearly 40 years by motoring enthusiast Peter Barry Tunks, who meticulously maintained it with services by Aston Martin specialists. Acquired in 2010, the car has since been part of a private collection and remains an unrestored "time warp" example, retaining its factory-original paintwork and interior. A prime candidate for 'Conservation Class' concours events, this remarkable DB6 will be open to bids at The Bond Street Sale on 12 December. COMING SOON | LINK IN BIO The Bond Street Sale | 12 December 2024 | London, New Bond Street #Bonhams #Bonham...
