Today’s the day! Join us for City of Lights from 12-8 PM! Enjoy programming for all ages beginning at 12 PM. Don’t miss the parade stepping off at 4:30PM! The fun will culminate in the lighting of City Hall and the Wannalancit smokestack. 🎄 After the lighting, check out DIY Lowell’s Yuletide Market on JFK Plaza in front of City Hall! Eklectic Brew & Xtine and the Intents will be playing festive tunes at the market from 5:30-8 PM 🎶 Plan your visit at ww.lowellcityoflights.org @cityoflowellma
