High protein VANILLA HONEY GRANOLA 🍯🍨✨ Why buy granola at the store, when you can make it yourself and it is SO much healthier, cheaper, and tastier! This high protein vanilla honey granola is so crunchy and delicious, and it’s so easy to make! Ingredients: - 2 cups rolled oats - 1/2 cup promix vanilla protein powder - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 1/4 tsp salt - 1/4 cup coconut oil - 1/4 cup honey - 1 tbsp vanilla extract How to: - Preheat oven 325F. - In a big bowl mix together oats, protein powder, cinnamon, salt. - Add coconut oil, honey and vanilla extract to a second bowl and microwave for 30 seconds until melted, then stir to combine. - Pour the honey mixture over the oats, and stir until all of the oats are evenly coated. - Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and add the granola on top, then use a spatula to press into a thin, even layer (this helps make the big chunks of granola!) - Bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly golden brown. - Let it cool completely then break ...
