Platte Valley High School volunteered at the mobile food bank as a part of the community service project for Helping Hands. This allowed members to serve community members by distributing food and building relationships. Platte Valley plans on also contributing to the next part of Helping Hands, which will be providing dinner for those in need around Thanksgiving. Although the chapter struggled to plan the number of students able to help, as the food bank hours were during school.
