Custom Designed Natural Elegance We just completed the installation of this Garage Headquarters Custom Wood Sectional Garage Door at a maritime center in Massachusetts. Since the building is located right on the water, the doors had to be capable of withstanding weatherization. The material also had to match the unique natural wood incorporated into the design of the building. Designed with every detail in mind, the garage and side entry door were crafted from Western Red Cedar for a stunning, natural look. This type of wood is known for its natural durability and resistance to decay. Cedar is a great material for wide openings since it can be sourced from naturally long, single planks. Both doors consist of horizontal planks with a two-inch space in between each one.
