This question is a hot one, we get it a LOT! One of the most important thing you can be as a missionary is PREPARED! When you take the time before your mission to plan for all of the potential, extenuating circumstances, it can relieve so much stress. - Plan for P-Day attire (bring a couple options, and bring duplicates of your favorite pants/joggers/shorts). - If you're a runner, be sure to bring a pair of shoes specifically for running during workouts and then another pair specifically for service. (Check out some of our Jambu tennis shoes for P-Day/service!) - Make sure to bring a sewing kit. Watch a couple simple videos on youtube before you go on how to sew a button, how to do a blind stitch, how to do a simple hem, how to fix a hole, etc. You could even screen record those videos and save them to your google drive to refer to when you're in the field. - Make sure to bring a laundry bag!!
