Hipster Santa will head to Washington Square mall in Tigard this week. The suburban shopping center, fresh off a busy Black Friday, announced Monday it would welcome Hipster Santa — known for his signature “naughty” and “nice” forearm tattoos — the next two Thursdays, Dec. 5 and 12, from 4 to 7 pm. “Hipster Santa is a special event where Santa can let down his hair, so to speak, and chill out on the couch,” Maria Halstead, the mall’s general manager, said in an emailed statement.
