As the leader of Volunteer check-in at both Opening Ceremony and the McFerson Commons start, Rob likely interacts with more Volunteers than anyone else. He has also led Volunteer Check-In at Gravel Day for the past two years, demonstrating his commitment to ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.
