winter arc in full effect 😤 i’m excited to start something i believe i can actually stick to. here are my
rules for 75 Shmedium:
- out of the bed by 9a, in the bed by 1a (going to bed later on night gig days is okay)
- eating clean, limited bread, snacks and sweets
- 1 gym workout + 1 minimum 15-20min outdoor walk
- 3L of water daily
- no food / snacks after 8pm
- 30min audio book / reading
- take a progress picture every week
