To be a high level athlete you need to have elite out of gym behaviors. The athletes who are the most successful in our program aren’t necessarily the ones who get faster or stronger over a season. It’s the ones who take the time to understand elite athlete behaviors and consistently apply them to their everyday life over the course of their career. Here coach.dhurley is reviewing: 1) Recovery - Sleep and Body Care 2) Nutrition - Consistent Eating and Protein Intake 3) Hydration - 100oz+ Throughout The Day 4) Time Managment - Prioritizing What Matters Most As coaches, the cheat code is to include the athletes in what this process should look like for them. All of our coaches will present these topics to the group, but then sit down individually with each athlete to develop a plan.
