Pro Consul (VP), Luis-Miguel Floyd, and Social Chairmen, Jacob Hotchkiss, had the opportunity to attend the Krach Transformational Leadership Workshop (KTLW) held at Bowling Green State University this past summer. KTLW is a leadership program put on by the Sigma Chi Leadership Institute (SCLI), and is free to all brothers. While there, Jacob and Luis-Miguel earned leadership certificates, and got to learn valuable leadership skills they can bring back to the chapter, and use past college into their careers. Our chapter advisor George Hill served as a facilitator to mentor KLTW attendees from across the nation. To make it even better SCLI is now accredited by the Middle States Association, which is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
