We have Vertical & Horizontal defect requiring hard and soft tissue augmentation. Procedures done so far: 🦴 GBR using Ti-reinforced PTFE stabilized by tacks, bone was a mix of autogenous , Allograft and small amount of xenograft. osteogenics 🔩 7 months after , we have regenerated good bone on both aspects and neodent.us implant was placed . 🍣 at the same time soft tissue augmentation was done using VIP CTG and Xenograft substitute Zderm for more vertical augmentation. 🩸 if you notice , #8 has dark root color and patient was not happy about it , so tried to use autogenous graft there to mask the underlying dark color. 💉 from here we will allow 3 months of healing time ...
