MINI YULE LOGS 🪵🎄 These mini Yule logs make the perfect holiday party favor and are a great conversation starter! I used challengebutter Chocolate Dessert Spread to make the ganache and it came out so rich and creamy! You can whip it for a light/fluffy frosting or use as is. INGREDIENTS: -1/4 cup Challenge Chocolate Snack Spread -1/3 cup whole milk -1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips -mini chocolate Swiss rolls -rosemary sprigs -red candies -powdered sugar Place the Challenge Chocolate Snack Spread, chocolate chips, and milk into a bowl and microwave for 30 second bursts until completely melted. Cover and set aside until firm. Unwrap the Swiss rolls and place onto a serving board. Slice the ends off each roll to reveal the frosting swirl inside, these will be the logs. Slice some of the rolls into thirds on a diagonal and place alongside the logs to resemble branches. Transfer the ganache to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
