You can do this series as a stand-alone workout or add these exercises to your current training program, perhaps as a core & legs finisher! It's a low-impact workout tool that provides a variety of benefits including improved core, hips, and legs strength, injury prevention, aerobic conditioning, and improved coordination and balance. Below are the exercises shown with descriptions: Tall Slide - Bend your knees and push your foot against the side of the board to generate power to slide to the opposite side. Keep your core and legs strong as you absorb the connection with the other side and repeat.
