From our friends @changeisfetch: "The Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v Wade is one that goes against the public interest, as 61% of Americans believe abortion "should be legal in all or most cases," according to a recent survey by the Pew Research Center. As the @changeisfetch community, members of the @meangirlsbway company gathered to firmly and passionately declare our support for reproductive rights. We stand with the thousands of individuals in the nine different states who have already implemented post-Roe bans that restrict and even eliminate access to safe abortions. ◾Despite this regressive legislation, the power is still with the people.◾ There are many grassroots organizations and legal aid networks across the country continuing their work of protecting access to safe abortions.
