It’s never an easy task getting a new group to buy into a system that they aren’t accustomed to in the beginning. A lot of tough but healthy conversations, a lot of hard coaching, a lot ups and downs. But, this group has done an unbelievable job being resilient and believing and trusting each other. We only push them, hold them accountable and to a high standard because we know they can do it. • Tough-United-Focused-Family (TUFF) is our theme this year.
