CIM 2024!!! ✅ Marathoner x2 BABYYYY. Also, Instagram vs. Reality on the first and last pic lol the pain is real This one was a ride. I felt awesome the first half - HR stayed steady, hung onto pace decently. But by mile 17 I hit the wall HARD and it was a fight to not be sick all over the course. 💀 I'm bummed I didn't hit my big goal, but I learned a lot this race. Progress isn't linear. For now, I'm going to kick my feet up, take some time off for the holidays, and once I'm back test out some different gels/play around with fuel. Either way, I walked away with a 17 minute PR today, so I'll take it! As for what's next...
