Monica Perez understands the challenges faced by people with disabilities on a personal level. Her older son, born prematurely, was fitted with cochlear implants to improve his hearing. Today, Monica advocates for Advanced Bionics (AB) cochlear implants, guiding families as they navigate the adjustments, challenges, and triumphs of this life-changing technology. “Limitations live only in our minds,” she shares, “but if we use our imagination, our possibilities become limitless.” An HPE GreenLake Specialist, Monica has been an active member of the Global Leadership Disabilities Network for three years. Prior to that, she served as co-chair of the Costa Rica employee resource group, fostering local connections and driving meaningful impact.
