In My business I meet a lot of people ..people come people go and people ask does it hurt when people go and I have to admit yes it does .. however it’s the nature of the business .. These past few years I been tip toeing in my business but the truth is I needed to feel like how these men and women make me feel!! As a leader it’s hard to lead someone that doesn’t want to be lead !! And Iam the type that doesn’t give up on people so I keep trying to push my leadership on them because I know I have a special way of building that gets results 💪🏾 However I promised myself that leading that way was causing way too much stress and disappointments!!
