This week, we are spotlighting our amazing S’ganit Merakezet, Natalie! Natalie has worked at camp for 3 summers as part of our national mazkirut, a Madricha, and this past summer as a s’ganit merakezet - a role we were pilotting and she helped implement successfully. She is always there for her campers but don’t just take our word for it. One of them told us “I have been to YJ camps for 11 years, and she is the best counselor I have ever had.” Natalie is looked up to by many fellow staff members from all areas of camp and has made an invaluable impact on our tsevet culture.
