Job Opportunity – Football Strength & Conditioning Coach / Assistant Football Coach 📍 Location: Winona State University, Winona, MN 💼 Position: Part-Time Paid Position 💰 Pay Scale: $11,000 - $20,000 🗓️ Start Date: January 13, 2025 Responsibilities • Serve as the Strength & Conditioning Coordinator for the Football Program. • Assist with Football Coaching Duties (specific position TBD). • Design and implement football-specific strength and conditioning programs. • Collaborate with coaching staff to ensure athlete development and performance. • Maintain training facilities and equipment. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (minimum). • CPR/AED Certified. • CSCS or SCCC Certification (preferred or pursuing). • Experience with intercollegiate athletics and football is preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
