5 rounds, 30 seconds each exercise:
weighted ball slams (i did 15lbs)
kettlebell swings (i did 35lbs)
body weight box step ups
renegade rows (i did 15lbs)
russian twists
added two more things to my 75 Shmedium:
20mins daily retainer
at least 1 daily protein shake
one week down and i don’t even know how many more to go but i don’t want to count either 😂😂 did you set any goals before the new year?
