The LT Way award was established in 2023 to honor the memory of our fallen sister, La’Toria “LT” Mitchell. The LT Way recognizes the athlete who embodies and promotes the Tennessee Trojans core values spreads positivity, motivation, and encouragement throughout the organization while displaying perseverance and resiliency on and off the field.
