At the US Olympic Track & Field Trials, I was randomly approached by a lady who said that her daughter was running in the 10000m and wondered if I happened to have a shot of her, knowing that she wasn’t one of the seeded pro runners in the field, and that she was running for Rice University. : : Didn’t think much of it, figuring that since this was one of the photos I submitted to @tracktownusa, that it would be picked up by the school. : : It’s a few months late, but I found the photo of @gforbes18 of @ricewtfxc in the race. : : ©️2021, Paul Merca.
