PHOTO NERD POST ALERT 📸: So you’re thinking to yourself, “didn’t I just see these photos posted yesterday?” : : You’re right—they were! : : After looking at the original photos and the way they were scanned (they were scanned from the original film negatives), the colors didn’t look right, so I retouched them using @photoshop to restore to as close to the original tones. : : If you’re paying attention, the photos in my original post had some dust speckles that I missed when I originally used the air compressor on the negatives. : : I’m not a big user of Photoshop, and I don’t claim to be proficient or as knowledgeable about photo editing as others on here, but all in all, I’m happy with how these edited images came out...I’ll try and get better at editing. : : Photos are from the 1999 @usatf cross country championships.
