Last weekend would have been the NCAA Division I cross country championship meet in Stillwater, Oklahoma. : : One of the great stories I covered in my numerous visits to the NCAA championships was the 2015 @gonzagatfxc women’s team, which qualified for the national championship for the first time in school history, and mixed it up with the blue bloods of the sport. : : The team was led in Louisville that day by @shelbylynnemills who finished 82nd in 20:45. : : Afterwards, Mills said, “We ran with the best in the nation and came out with our heads held high. I can’t ask for a better team to have both here and back in Spokane. We’ve definitely felt the Zag love!” : : Who will be the next underdog to make it to the big dance?
