Found this photo in a stack of slides that I shot from the 1987 TAC national track and field championship meet in San Jose. . The guy in the photo is a familiar sight to folks shooting track and cross country meets, as he’s behind the camera, usually shooting his daughters and/or @stanfordxctf athletes...but just to let you know, he was a bad ass runner back in the day! .
