She Drives Sports Photo Dump 🥰🫶🏾 She Drives Sports: Rewriting the Sports Code is a 7-month leadership program created by Moving the Goalposts(movingthegoalpost), led by Dorcas Amakobe, and Sports Connect Africa (sportsconnectafrica), led by Cynthia Mumbo. This inaugural cohort is all about empowering women in sports by building leadership skills, creating mentorship opportunities, and tackling gender disparities in the industry. While the program runs until June 2026, our work will lead to long-term results for women in sports. I was invited to the launch two weeks ago, joining 14 other incredible women from diverse sports backgrounds—Olympians, regional leaders, team managers, and more. Over two inspiring days, we shared stories, made connections, and began a journey to redefine women’s roles in sports leadership. The energy, passion, and drive in the room were unmatched.
