He said, “you should fight climate change. You will drown before you can save the children.”
And so Peter Bakker – now Head of the World Business Council on Sustainable Development – started his education into climate change.
He’s interested in what businesses can do to innovate new products, business models, supply chains. And how to make sure financial markets provide incentives to companies to transform faster.
Because when companies join forces with financial markets, we can create the biggest force for change there is.
