Travel can be so rough on your body and mind but there are small things you can focus on to feel your best!
1. No alarm snoozing (hotel beds are comfy but don’t let jet lag get the best of you! Try to stick to the sleep schedule you set)
2. Morning natural light
3. Daily supps - debloat sachets are the GOAT because who wants to feel bloated and swollen for your whole trip?! Not me)
4. Pack protein dense snacks. Hitting your protein goal and staying satiated so you don’t mindlessly snack is much easier this way
5. Hydrate! Plane travel will dehydrate you so quick so make sure you throw some electrolytes in there too
6. Daily walks- just do it. Do it first thing in the morning or after dinner
7. Consistent nighttime routine
8. Prioritize sleep!
