This magical place spans across both the Czech Republic AND Germany. And while it’s technically one national park that borders two counties — there are stark and stunning contrasts! The park is home to fairytale landscapes, dramatic sandstone cliffs, and Europe’s largest natural arch: Pravčická Gate! (Pic 2) Fun Fact: this gate inspired scenes in The Chronicles of Narnia, and doesn’t it remind you of #devilsbridge in Arizona?? Visiting in winter means we had the trails all to ourselves.
