During the AVCA Coaches of the Year award ceremony, presented by the United States Marine Corps, we had the pleasure of speaking with Heather Pavlik, head coach of Juniata College’s women’s volleyball team, who was honored as the Division III Coach of the Year. In her 14th season as head coach, Pavlik led Juniata to a 35-0 record in 2024, culminating in their third consecutive national championship. Under her guidance, the Eagles have maintained a remarkable level of excellence, solidifying their status as a powerhouse in Division III volleyball.
