Juliette Landgrave’s optimism is unwavering, even in the face of a triple-negative breast cancer diagnosis when she was only 38. “Cancer turns your world upside down. It took time to process it,” Juliette said. “When I was first diagnosed, I was devastated, but then I turned my thoughts around.
