Jeff Maher is a name known to many in the policing community. ⁣ ⁣ He was a police officer for 42 years and head of the Homicide Squad for 15 years, where he helped convict one of Australia’s most notorious serial killers, Peter Dupas. ⁣ ⁣ After a brief stint of retirement, Jeff returned to Victoria Police in 2018 in a training capacity.
