Hear me out…how much hair we take off the head doesn’t actually inform us about what shape the client wants left on the head…. Getting to the core of what your client wants requires more digging. Asking them how they’re feeling about it always reveals what they LIKE and what they DISLIKE about their current style. This ultimately helps you determine what shape and style they want to achieve.
