I like to sit on things, I like to wait and process everything until I know what I want to say to remove myself from the moment and look at it from the outside while maintaining the emotion I felt. So now that the dust has settled, a new horizon begins. Christopher it has been a blessing. I’ve watched you compete for you years but this was the first time it wasn’t from a place of assuming who you but knowing who you are. We only met this year, but you said it best - it’s something special. Thank you for bearing the weight of a champion on stage but even more so bearing the weight of showing everyone how winning should be done. I wish everyone could know “Christopher” and not just “CBum.” A man who was a friend from day one. Someone regardless of how busy their day was or how hectic life could be always took time to make sure you heard you are seen and that you are listened to.
