I haven’t done one of these in a while! #SleeperSunday When I first started posting photos of my sneakers, I used to do a weekly post on Sundays called Sleeper Sunday. It was a post to highlight a pair of sneakers that looked awesome, but for some reason people spot on them. Today’s feature are the Nike Bug Bubble Air Max 1 Royals. Back when the Bug Bubble Air Max was first released people complained about the shape. It’s obviously different than the anniversary pairs, but I didn’t have a problem with it. Seeing the big bubble put in the air max 1 was awesome. It reminded me of when I was a kid and would see Nike basketball shoes in my small local footlocker that had all around air units. There was just something captivating about all that air! I think these are beautiful and a great addition to the collection. They are going for cheap on the secondary market, most sizes are well under retail too. What is one of your favorite sleeper pairs in your collection?
