BANANA BREAD MUG CAKE 🍌🍫😋
This is a perfect healthy breakfast or snack that is packed with protein! It is so easy to make and is SO delicious 🙌
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 of a ripe banana
- 1 serving vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, honey or stevia
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
How to:
- Add all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips to a blender.
- Blend for about 15-20 seconds until smooth.
- Grease a microwave safe bowl with a little butter or coconut oil and pour the batter in. Make sure you use a big enough bowl since it rises a lot!
- Top with chocolate chips.
- Start by microwaving it for 1 minute, then add 30 seconds until it is cooked how you like. 1.5 mins for a more gooey banana bread texture, and 2 mins if you like it cakes!
- Let it cool for a few minutes then enjoy!
